James Healey

Bio

Coach Helaey is in his third year at C.E. King Ninth Grade school and in his fifth year coaching. He teaches World Geography and is the freshmen offensive line coach. Coach Healey is also an assistant baseball coach for the Sophomore team. Coach Healey prides himself on guiding his students/athletes and building positive relationships with them.

Coach Healey’s prior stops include Aldine MacArthur where he started his teaching career and taught for three years; Then Aldine High School where started coaching as an assistant offensive line coach for two years.

Originally from Hawaii, Coach Healey considers himself a Houstonin having lived here the majority of his life. He attended South Houston High School where he played football as a TE, then offensive lineman. Coach Healey received his B.S. in Economics from The University of Houston.

Coach Healey’s hobbies include fishing, working on his boat, playing cards, and working on cars/fixing things
