Bio Jonathan Jimenez
Coach Jimenez grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and attended Durango High School where he earned All-Sunset Region and All-Southern Nevada Honors as a defensive lineman. He attended Mesa Community College in Phoenix, Arizona where he made the position switch to the offensive line. Coach Jimenez transferred to Benedictine College where he earned All Heart of America Athletic Conference honors at a right tackle while earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. After graduating, Coach Jimenez moved to Denver to pursue a mixed martial arts career where he amassed a 25-5 amateur record.
Coach Jimenez moved to Miami, Florida where he worked for the Florida International University and University of Miami football programs as an assistant video coordinator, video manager, and offensive quality control analyst. After his college football experience, he changed his focus to the South Florida high school football ranks where he worked at Coral Reef High, Killian High, South Miami High, South Ridge High, and Palm Glades Academy. At those schools he served as Offensive Line Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator, and Head Football Coach/Athletic Director.
Coach Jimenez followed his high school football passion to Houston, Texas where he served as Offensive Coordinator at Cypress Ridge before finding his home at C.E. King. Coach Jimenez loves his beautiful wife Maridellis and they are blessed to have two energetic children Kamila (3) and Kane (1).
